Itinerary:
Day 01 — AIRPORT/ COLOMBO– 35 KM – 01 hour
Arrival at the Airport. Transfer to the hotel in Colombo. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 02 — COLOMBO / PINNAWALA /ANURADHAPURA / SIGIRIYA – 300 KM – 06 hours
After breakfast, leave for Anuradhapura. En-route, visit the Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela. A unique sanctuary in the world for orphaned elephants.
Afternoon visit Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s first ancient capital from the 5th century
B.C. to 10th century A. D. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03 — SIGIRIYA / POLONNARUWA / SIGIRIYA – 70 KM – 01 ½ hours
After an early breakfast, climb the Sigiriya rock fortress. Declared as the 8th wonder of the ancient world.
Afternoon visit ruins of Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka’s 2nd Kingdom – popularly known as the medieval capital.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04 — SIGIRIYA / DAMBULLA / MATALE / KANDY– 100 KM – 03 hours
After breakfast, leave for Kandy, visiting Dambulla Cave Temple – famous for its wall & ceiling paintings.
Visit a Spice garden & a Batik factory on the way.
In the evening, witness the Cultural show & Fire-walking.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05 — KANDY
Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya early morning with a city tour. Visit to a Gem shop & lapidary during shopping.
Evening visit Temple of the Tooth – the holiest of the holy places for Buddhists throughout the world.

Day 06 — KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA– 90 KM – 03 hours
After breakfast, leave for Nuwara-Eliya, visiting a Tea Factory on the way.
Afternoon visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07 — NUWARAELIYA
After breakfast, leisure at the Hotel.
Optional – Nature Hike to Horton Plains National Park, visiting World’s End.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08 — NUWARA – ELIYA / TISSAMAHARAMA / HAMBANTOTA – 200 KM – 04 ½ hours
After breakfast, leave for Hambantota via Tissamaharama.
Optional – 4WD Jeep safari to Yala National Park – Optional or 4WD Jeep safari to Bundala National Park (Ramzar Wetland Reserve) late afternoon.

Day 09 — HAMBANTOTA/ GALLE/ BENTOTA – 250 KM – 04 ½ 1 hours
After breakfast, leave for Galle Dutch Fort – the world’s best preserved Dutch Fort among many other Dutch Forts in Sri Lanka.
On the way to Bentot, visit a Mask Factory and a Turtle Hatchery.

Breakfast at the Hotel.
Day free at leisure on the Beach.

Day 12 — BENTOTA / COLOMBO– 70 KM – 01 ½ hours
After breakfast, leave for Colombo for a City tour of Colombo or leisure.

Day 13 —- COLOMBO/ AIRPORT– 35 KM – 01 hour
Leave for Colombo after breakfast.
